Garden and Parking
Approaching the yard and garden area there is one parking space directly in front of the house. Further parking sideouts can be found in the direct neighbourhood and outside the property. Those are rarely used by the neighbours. In the garden there are two big cestnut trees which provide shade to the south side of the house and the garden. You are wellcome to grill and use the garden for picknick. Although there is no garage for the car, you can use side buildings to store your stuff. The garden is maintained by the owner and there is no neccessity to do garden work for the tenant.
The house
All together you have about 100 square meter for living on two floors (without basements etc.). There is one bath room of about 3 square meters, but not a second toilet.
The rooms are equipped with lamination floor and ceramic floor in the kitchen. The rooms are heated by water radiators as part of the centrals heating system. The central heating is located in the east wing and driven by wood pellets from regional production. The heating system was renewed in 2020 and the former oil heating was removed to reduce fossile energy consumption.
Basement
There is traditional basement in the west wing. It is good to cool beer or wine and store tratditional food like carrts, potatoes and preserved products. It cannot be used for modern things as washing maschine etc. You have an own washing room for laundry on the groud floor.
Groud Floor
The kitchen was recently renewed and equipped with new furniture and refrigerator in 2022. Next to the kitchen you have a living and dining room and an additional room on the same level.

Upper floor
A little steep stairs lead to the upper floor. It contains a small bathroom with a tub and shower glass. The bath furniture were renewed in 2022. Above the kitchen you have a living room which can be used also as room for clothing (clothing board is included). There is – next tot he bath - another room.
