East Wing

The east wing was built 1974 and was renovated over the years. Nerly every year in the last 30 years something had been improved. It is heated by wood pellet central heating. The owner keeps service of the heating and takes care of the heating material stock. There is a car parking space attached to the west wing, but plenty of public space (free of charge and permanently available) next to the entrance. 

The place: 

The east wing has about 150 square meter living space and a roof terrace of about 80 square meters. An open wooden stairway combines the upper and the lower floor. There is enough space to store things in the basement, unter the roof and in the attached buildings (unheated). These speces do not count for the linving space and are additional to tenants' convenience. (1 square meter is about 1,2 square yards or 10,1 square foot).

Lower / ground floor:

You enter the house through the main door and are standing right in the hall, wehre the stairs lead to the upper floor and basement. The hall itself lead to kitchen, bath and dressing room (or child's room).

The modern designed kitchen is equipped with the necessary devices and prvides space for dining seats and table (which is not provided by the owner). The room design fits to the kitchen's colours and materials.

The hall has an up to date fireplace (traditional wood only) which can be used to heat parts of the house. It can also be kept unheated, because the central heating also covers the hall.

Upper Floor:

Over the hall stairway you reach the upper floor with bedroom (furnished), livingroom (not furnished), home office (funished) and additional (child's) room (not furnished).

The living room has about 35 square meters and leads to the roof terrace. The living room combines traditional and modern elements. It has also an updated fireplace (only natural wood), which needs not to be used, because central heating exists.  

The bedroom is equipped with a 4 meter warderobe for clothings, a dresser and a 1,80 x 2,10 meter water bed. We can remove the water inlay and provide traditional matraces or assist you by having the water bed adjusted to your weight and size. 

All the furniture are very solid. Nevertheless, if you wish to bring your own furniture and want us to remove the existing ones, we can arrange this.
